JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing SMDC's compliance with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) requirements, particularly in relation to the Real Estate Service Act (RESA Law, RA 9646). This role oversees all PRC-related processes, including licensing, accreditation, and renewals for real estate brokers and salespersons. It serves as the primary liaison between the company and the PRC to ensure smooth coordination, timely documentation, and full regulatory compliance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor changes and updates in PRC rules, regulations, and processes and ensure organizational compliance. Manage a centralized and up-to-date database of all PRC licenses, certifications, renewals, and related documentation for brokers and salespersons. Provide clear guidance and assistance to in-house salespersons and brokers on PRC-related processes, including applications, renewals, requirements, and deadlines. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Development for Sales (TADS) and other relevant departments to align PRC compliance with internal policies on recruitment, promotion, and professional credentialing. Foster strong relations with PRC representatives to support collaboration and issue resolution. Assist in processing and coordinating salesforce accreditation efforts in the North Luzon region. Assist in planning and executing sales training, orientations, and engagement activities related to licensing and development. Perform other related tasks and functions as may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Real Estate At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, licensing coordination, government liaison, or real estate operations. Prior experience dealing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is a strong advantage. Familiarity with the Real Estate Service Act (RESA Law, RA 9646) and PRC regulations. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in dealing with government agencies and internal stakeholders.
