
Digital Experience & Performance Specialist

- Support Sitecore operations, including content publishing, workflow management, component use, testing, and personalization setup
- Build and update web pages using Sitecore, applying templates and components aligned with brand and UX standards
- Manage the global Sitecore authoring community through training, troubleshooting, and governance support
- Partner with the Digital Experience team and Information Services to support sprint-based delivery cycles and backlog grooming
- Implement tagging, testing, and personalization strategies using Sitecore XP and MCP
- Collaborate with content and performance teams to apply SEO and CRO enhancements
- Connect campaign activity to on-site user journeys and surface opportunities for landing page improvement
- Contribute to digital reporting using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and/or Power BI
- Explore and apply AI tools to support targeting, personalization, content generation, and testing
- Monitor site and campaign performance, flag issues, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Conduct quality assurance checks across core site functions (e.g., load time, forms, responsiveness, accessibility)
- Perform content audits to identify outdated or duplicate material and support content cleanup
- Provide authoring support and escalate technical issues to the IS team as needed
- Uphold publishing standards, accessibility, and metadata requirements aligned to digital governance
- Stay current on evolving martech tools, web practices, and digital performance methods.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing, web experience, or marketing technology role
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting an enterprise CMS (Sitecore preferred)
- Proficiency in site tagging, analytics, and conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Demonstrated ability to translate campaign objectives into site architecture and user journeys
- Experience implementing or supporting personalization and A/B testing tools (Sitecore XP, MCP, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX principles (navigation, CTAs, scroll behavior, etc.)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and front-end troubleshooting, including browser/device testing
- Experience with JavaScript; knowledge of ReactJS or other modern frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA) and responsive design for mobile-first execution
- Experience with content audits, structured metadata, and governance best practices
- Proficiency with dashboards and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
- Exposure to AI tools or workflows used in targeting, content optimization, or testing is a bonus
- Comfortable working in agile teams and balancing sprint-based tasks with day-to-day support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
