Architect the integrated operational framework that links pharmacy, telehealth, and clinics to ensure unified service delivery.
Direct the company’s business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 healthcare access for patients.
Lead the design and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma initiatives at an enterprise level to maximize cost-efficiency and clinical safety.
Govern high-value vendor ecosystems and strategic outsourcing partnerships to support rapid geographic expansion.
Oversee the operational audit and risk management framework to ensure compliance with national health regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
6-12 years of experience in complex operations management, with a background in scaling multi-unit operations.
Expertise in process engineering and enterprise risk management.
Exceptional leadership and high-stakes problem-solving capabilities.
Must work onsite in Makati City.
