Learn more at and on and . 1.0 Primary Function Sustain and optimize wafer probe processes by addressing process engineering related issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to maintain quality, yield, and equipment reliability in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.` 2.0 Educational Background Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution. 3.0 Experience Entry-level: No professional experience required. Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing, or process engineering, is an advantage. 4.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Understanding of process control principles and data analysis Effective communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with wafer probe equipment, trim and probe process, and production operations is an advantage 5.0 Major Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and sustain day-to-day wafer probe processes engineering related tasks Investigate and resolve process engineering related issues Support process qualifications, process engineering related evaluations, and the introduction of new processes Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Equipment, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering) for issue resolution Contribute to the improvement of wafer probe process as needed, utilizing project management and other engineering skills when applicable Job Req Type: Graduate Job Required Travel: No
