Role Description We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join LSEG Markets Data Licensing & Rights Management Operations in the role of Associate Manager, Data Licensing and Rights Management, located in Manila. In this role, you will work with a remit that combines market data support services and procurement responsibilities (contractual relationships, analysing spend, terminal management, compliance and licensing structures). The role will appeal to a career minded individual keen to develop, that has good attention to details and organisation skills. As part of our hybrid working environment, you'll work in our Manila office three days a week. At the office, you'll have access to everything you would expect from a premier employer, such as modern working environment, agile spaces, private quiet rooms, and breakout areas. Key Responsibilities Of The Role Relationship Management Collaborates across LSEG data licensing teams to implement standardised processes, controls and tools; Participates in monthly service calls with the key market data vendors and captures minutes / actions; Assists in contract negotiation, contract renewal and vendor onboarding / offboarding where required; Provides accurate and timely reporting of market data activities and performance to internal business partners. Risk and Control Management Supports the completion of annual due diligence requirements on market data vendors, where required; Supports the Third Party Risk Management requirements on market data vendors, where required; Maintains accurate information in the inventory, updating contracts pricing, users and service information; Coordinates all terminal requests and ensures usage is within contractual terms; Assists with the definition of risk controls and annual control assessments and attestations. Procurement and Finance Ensures Purchase Orders are raised in a timely manner to facilitate prompt supplier invoice payments; Assists in the review of supplier invoices to ensure charges are accurate and in line with expectations; Engages with Finance teams and tracks monthly spend against budget; Arranges for the transfer of any project related market data spend to the applicable project codes; Proactively seeks opportunities to drive down cost of data acquisition. Data Licensing and Rights Management Operations Assists in the capturing of all licenses data's metadata, required to support data governance standards; Monitors the Market Data mailbox for requests, queries and notifications from business partners and vendors; Undertakes Market Data processes in line with agreed operating procedures and reviews / updates annually; Collaborates with other team members to help cultivate a results-driven, team-oriented environment. People Management Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support improvement plans by leading and developing a team of DLRM analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Assist local and onshore managers in succession planning and develop team members through coaching and training. Provide ongoing mentoring and development opportunities to help team members progress in their careers. Build a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas and standard processes. Support local and onshore managers to clearly communication of goals, changes, and performance updates within the team and across departments.
