Hosting live virtual sessions where VAs can practice, learn, and grow.
Offering personalized coaching to sharpen skills and boost productivity.
Keeping programs fresh by staying ahead of industry trends and tools.
Working with leaders and teams to spot training gaps and opportunities.
Tracking progress and performance to ensure real results.Who We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience as a VA (EA, GVA, Social Media, Marketing, etc.).
A strong communicator who can connect with different personalities.
Organized, reliable, and resourceful with great time management skills.
Skilled in tools and platforms every VA should know.
