- 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships in a B2B environment
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering value and building trust.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business needs, objectives, and challenges to ensure our solutions align with their goals.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and adoption.
- Monitor client engagement, usage, and satisfaction to proactively address issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and support) to deliver on client requirements and drive retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions with clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
- Track, analyze, and report on key client success metrics.
- Manage escalations effectively, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Advocate for the client internally to help shape product development and service offerings.
- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
- Client has a desire for long-term commitment.
