- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to labor union negotiations and handling.
- Preferably with experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and best practices.
- Proven experience in handling unionized environments and CBA negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
- Handle labor union relations, including collective bargaining negotiations, dispute resolution, grievance handling, and union engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company in labor-related government proceedings and inspections (DOLE, NLRC, etc.).
- Implement HR policies and programs in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Foster a positive work culture while managing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
