We are hiring a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager / Estimator to support a fast-growing, high-ticket eCommerce company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens. The business operates through lead generation and virtual design consultations, followed by proposal-based sales. This role focuses on managing the backend of the sales process, ensuring every consultation is turned into a high-quality proposal within 24 hours. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and capable of handling multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed, working closely with sales reps to streamline operations and deliver a high-touch customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full sales workflow from post-consultation to closeBuild and deliver accurate proposals within 24 hours of each consultationSupport 1 to 2 sales reps handling approximately 6 consultations per day eachReview call recordings or transcriptions and extract key details for proposalsUse internal design or estimation tools to create layouts and quotesMaintain and update CRM with deal progress, notes, and customer informationCoordinate communication between sales, operations, and customer supportEnsure a smooth and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales processTrack and manage multiple deals simultaneously without errors or delaysSoftware/Platforms/Tools:CRM platforms such as PipeDrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarProposal and quoting tools such as PandaDoc, Proposify, or similarDesign or layout tools (training will be provided; prior experience is a plus)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Slack and Zoom for communicationProject management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or TrelloSpreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or ExcelQualifications:At least 3-5 years of freelancing experienceAt least 2 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Estimation, or a similar roleExcellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)Experience supporting high-volume sales teams or fast-paced environmentsStrong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlinesExperience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelinesAbility to learn new tools quickly, especially design or estimation softwareHighly organized with strong time management and multitasking skillsProactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of processesNice to have:Experience in eCommerce, construction, home design, or high-ticket sales environmentsBackground in estimating, quoting, or technical sales supportFamiliarity with reading layouts, floor plans, or product configurationsShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time preferred)
