- Conduct needs assessments for internal and client training programs.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team, business units, and clients to identify course development needs.
- Write and prepare storyboards, test banks, and narration scripts.
- Design and develop interactive elements for lessons.
- Administer a learning management system and online workspace.
- Establish timelines for development projects and ensure timely completion.
- Review final products for quality and adherence to standards.
- Research topics and develop web-based course content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Conduct pilot runs of modules and calibrate trainers through train-the-trainer sessions.
- Work with teams to incorporate best practices into the curriculum.
- Maintain and update training course templates and conduct training evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with information security and data privacy policies.
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis, Content Design, and Development.
- Program Implementation and Evaluation expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal/written English skills.
- Ability to write instructional materials and scripts.
- Tech-savvy with experience in various authoring and editing software.
- Experience in adapting learning practices in a contact center environment.
- Familiarity with training facilitation and the BPO industry.
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems.
- Previous experience in designing/developing online training materials.
- Experience in facilitating blended learning modules.
- College graduate with at least 1 year of instructional design experience.
