The position is responsible for ensuring that the assigned product lines resonate with current and potential customers by recommending and managing plans and activities in cooperation with Marketing, Visual Merchandizing, Retail Development and Operations to increase product awareness, continuously monitoring market trends and competitive products in the marketplace and addressing customer complaints to attain the sales target in accordance to company's procedures and standard sand contribute to the attainment of business goals and objectives of the company. The position is also responsible for all after sales concerns and ensuring product availability by maintaining the optimum inventory of items in all stores. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (for hardware, electrical, plumbing, sanitary wares, bldg. materials) Graduate of interior design, Architecture or Industrial Design (for tiles, furniture, home d cor items) is an advantage.
