Role Summary The Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Developer plays a leadership role in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions. You will guide technical strategy, mentor junior team members, and ensure best practices in architecture, customization, integrations and performance tuning across Finance, HR and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and upgrades Oversee and deliver highly complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, JMS and file-based approaches Architect scalable, maintainable customizations via PaaS, Visual Builder, HCM Extracts, FBDI and configurable extensions Develop and optimize high-performance PL/SQL code, query tuning and large-volume data migrations Design and implement advanced reporting solutions in BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Establish and enforce coding standards, governance, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, OCI DevOps) Troubleshoot critical production issues; lead root-cause analysis and design mitigation strategies Mentor and coach mid- and junior-level developers; lead technical peer reviews Partner with project managers and functional leads to define development estimates, milestones, and deliverables Keep abreast of Oracle Cloud roadmap; drive adoption of new features and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field 8+ years of Oracle ERP development experience-at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations Deep expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain (Procurement, Order Management) and/or HCM modules Proven track record delivering end-to-end integrations on OIC, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, SFTP, Kafka or similar Expert skills in PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, data modeling and bulk data processing Strong background building reports in BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC and Essbase Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, PaaS components and DevOps toolchains Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and technical decision-making skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Preferred Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) in Cloud ERP domains Experience with Java, Node.js or Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Background in large-scale, global rollouts and multi-lingual/multi-currency implementations Familiarity with ITIL processes, Change Management and Production Support frameworks
