- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Manage key accounts operations to achieve revenue goals.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Communicating and collaborating with the promotion, marketing, sales, and supply chain departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for principal clients and stakeholders.
- Work with the different teams & collaborate with cross functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, finance & supply chain to implement new Trade techniques to obtain profits.
- Consistently looks for sales increments in key accounts to improve selling-in and selling-out opportunities.
- Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
- Ensure to always follow company policies and procedures.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Maintain a very good business relationship and efficient collaboration with principal companies as an important business partner in trade and distribution.
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Experience in sales leadership
- Computer literate (Windows based Application)
- Very good project management, communication, negotiating and presentation, inter-personal skills. Good understanding of legal system.
- High level of integrity and EQ
