The Sales and Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in developing andmanaging dealership networks across the Philippines, focusing onautomotive parts and related consumables, including motorcycles. This rolerequires building and nurturing strong relationships with key dealerships,overseeing sales performance, and ensuring the smooth introduction of newproducts in various regions.In the future, the Sales and Operations Manager will also lead a team of salesprofessionals, coordinating dealership operations, and ensuring that growthtargets are consistently met. The position involves frequent travel, requiringstrong leadership, sales, and operational skills, along with the ability togenerate detailed reports for senior management. Y ou will drive sales growth,build our market presence, and lead dealership development strategies forthe Philippines.● Sales Development and Management○ Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets and expand dealership networks.○ Leverage in-depth knowledge of the motorcycle andautomotive market to identify new opportunities and industrytrends.○ Collaborate with marketing teams to target key marketsegments and ensure a strong market presence.○ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships withdealership partners and key customers.● Budget and Cost Management○ Develop and manage operational budgets in line withorganizational financial goals.○ Implement cost-control measures to ensure expenses remainwithin budget.○ Conduct regular financial analyses of operational costs andidentify areas for improvement.● Supply Chain and Logistics Management○ Oversee supply chain operations, including procurement,inventory management, and logistics.inventory management, and logistics.○ Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain relationshipswith suppliers and logistics partners in the Philippines.● Marketing Analysis○ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industrytrends, competitor activities, and customer needs.○ Develop and implement market strategies based on researchinsights to increase product sales and market penetration.● Operations Management○ Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuringprofessionalism, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.○ Continuously assess and improve operational processes toenhance productivity and effectiveness.○ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics,finance) to ensure smooth operational workflows.● Customer Experience Management○ Develop strategies to enhance customer experiencethroughout the sales and post-sales process.○ Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuouslyimprove service quality and customer satisfaction.● Risk Management and Compliance○ Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operationalrisks and ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations.○ Address any operational discrepancies promptly, takingcorrective action when needed.● Performance Tracking and Reporting○ Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales and operationsactivities, and provide timely performance reports tomanagement.○ Participate in daily check-ins and weekly departmental reviewsto align with overall business objectives.QualificationsQualifications Guidelines:Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and OperationsManagement, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.● Fluent in written and verbal English communication.● Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, andthe motorcycle/automotive industry in the Philippines.the motorcycle/automotive industry in the Philippines.● Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and present insightsin comprehensive reports.● Knowledge of operations management principles, including supplychain, budgeting, and customer service.● Analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive business decisionsand operational improvements.● Experience in developing and implementing policies, with a solidunderstanding of government and corporate client relations.● Highly organized, presentable, and proactive in identifying anddeveloping sales opportunities.● Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle challenges in afast-paced, startup environment.● Willingness to travel frequently across the Philippines to meet clientsand manage dealership relationships.● A self-starter who can work independently and execute tasks from theground up.
