
Senior Analyst - Corrigo Service Centre

- Develop and maintain soft services work schedules according to best practices and site-specific requirements
- Proactively adjust schedules to balance work monitoring, cost control, and financial administration
- Track and manage works overdue by more than 5 business days, ensuring regular communication with service providers
- Develop and maintain annual VSI programs across client portfolios
- Manage VSI procedures, priority data, and inspection schedules
- Track and manage VSI work orders, ensuring timely completion and reporting
- Conduct monthly reviews of completed inspections and site-specific issues
- Assist with trend analysis to inform Facility Managers of ongoing issues
- Classify PM/RW schedules by Schedule Sub-Type allocations
- Ensure proper documentation for engineering maintenance, VSI, document review audits, and soft services work schedules
- Regularly review and manage corrective work orders associated with critical, compliance, and VSI work orders
- Ensure timely assignment, quoting, and completion of corrective actions
- Validate and review Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts for completed work orders
- Monitor compliance work orders and associated documentation
- Liaise with service providers for updates on overdue work orders
- Monitor aged debtors reporting and follow up on outstanding billing
- Process work orders as Additional Non-Chargeable (ANC) when necessary
- Manage landlord work orders and non-contract vendor documentation
- Implement and maintain a regular reporting program for Engineering and FM Operations leads
- Leverage QA/HSE dashboards to drive improvements
- Provide monthly Corrigo/JLL OnSite reporting for vendor management meetings
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management or related role
- Proficiency in Corrigo, JLL OnSite, and other relevant facilities management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proficient in using excel for management of large data sets
- Expertise in data cleaning, preparation, and quality assurance
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with report writing and formatting
- Ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports
