This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance. Strong communication and adaptability are essential, as you’ll be working closely with teams across the organization and external stakeholders.Your Responsibilities:Review and interpret financial results to guide management decisions.Partner with stakeholders to deliver in-depth analysis and financial models that support strategic initiatives.Provide recommendations for projects and investments backed by financial data.Track and control expenses to stay within budget.Assist leadership in preparing consolidated budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Analyze company performance by looking at costs, pricing, sales, and overall results versus targets.Identify financial trends and develop projections to support planning.Recommend opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.Create financial metrics, monitor business unit performance, and report progress against goals.Continuously improve forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.What our Client is Looking For:Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field (CPA, CFA, or CMA a plus).Strong financial modeling and analytical skillsAt least 3 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience.Advanced Excel skills with experience in data consolidation and reporting tools.Knowledge of PFRS, IFRS, and related accounting standards.Familiar with financial planning and reporting systems.Experience in valuations, M&A, or risk management is a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.Self-starter, resourceful, and able to work independently.Ready to take the next step in your career?
