Responsibilities
- Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required,
- Negotiates salary that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
- Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
- Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
- Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process.
- Assists Recruitment Manager in acquiring and developing tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value work with management to identify key strategic organizational needs.
- Consult with Recruiters to determine recruitment needs and identify candidate profiles for various openings.
- Review and short-list resumes and conduct phone screening of candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit with FPS core values.
- Collaborate with Recruiters in building and maintaining a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- With 2 or more years of recruiting experience preferable in sales related roles.
- Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.
- Experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
- Experience with candidate selection methods and sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong cross cultural skills.
