Job Description The Freelance / Gig Recruiter is Talent Attraction Team partner for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of attraction and recruitment related activities The Freelance / Gig Recruiter help the Talent Attraction team deliver results in the areas of : Attraction and Sourcing External job postings Internal job postings Employer brand postings Candidate Relation Management ( CRM) administration Sourcing, searching and calling Candidate Screening to Hiring Conduct HR interviews Administer online assessments Candidate endorsement for hiring team interview at a ratio of 3:1 Milestones: Reports Weekly Status report Qualifications Education: At least a Bachelor's degree graduate Experience: At least two years recruitment administration experience Expertise in handling technical positions in the field of information technology, agriculture and food manufacturing Strong background in sourcing, know various sourcing tools and techniques In-house experience in a global SSC/BPO/ RPO environment, a plus Work Conditions: Willing to work in a minimum of 20 working hours per week Work from home Hire within set SLA
