Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications are an advantage but not required: CPA, CMA, or equivalent 5+ years of experience in General accounting or financial reporting 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role Demonstrated experience in: Tax compliance (local and national tax filings, BIR/LGU equivalent requirements) Business permits & license renewals Inventory control and reconciliation Fixed asset accounting (acquisition, depreciation, disposal tracking) Bank reconciliation and cash balance monitoring Month-end and year-end close processes Preparing Stock Filing
