- Develop and manage a TikTok affiliate program, including recruiting and onboarding affiliate partners to effectively promote products on TikTok Shop.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize messaging and campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with TikTok influencers aligned with brand goals and target demographics.
- Negotiate partnerships and track influencer-generated content for quality and compliance with brand standards.
- Oversee TikTok Shop setup, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Develop promotional campaigns within the TikTok Shop ecosystem to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with creatives to design engaging TikTok videos tailored to trending formats and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Analyze audience preferences to guide the creation of viral and high-converting content.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as ensuring compliance with TikTok Shop policies, resolving customer inquiries, and processing returns.
- Maintain accurate records of product performance, sales data, and campaign insights.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns and store activity, using insights to inform future strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience managing TikTok Shop operations and implementing successful affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Euka.ai or similar platforms for efficient influencer outreach and campaign management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear collaboration with stakeholders and influencers.
- Ability to craft compelling and optimized product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales on TikTok Shop.
- A track record of achieving significant results, such as contributing to TikTok Shop campaigns with $1M+ in revenue.
- Skilled in interpreting data and trends to inform strategies and continually improve performance in TikTok campaigns.
