- Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware.- Maintains system functionality by testing computer components.- Helps in designing and layout of networks.- Maximizes computer systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.- Confirms program objectives and specifications by testing new programs and updates when necessary, comparing them with established standards, and making modifications.- Installs and update software and necessary applications for workflow.- Trains users on new software in person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages, often in collaboration with technical writers.- Graduate of Information Technology or equivalent- At least 3 years work related experience.- Knowledgeable in Linux-based application systems- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Software maintenance and testing capability.- Customer-service focus.- Collaborative mindset. A team player.
