We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. Role Summary The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and executing EDM campaigns to support new vendor partnerships, product launches, and go to market initiatives. This role works closely with Cloud, Sales, and Vendor teams) into high impact customer communications that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Key Responsibilities Campaign & EDM Execution Plan, build, and deploy EDM campaigns for new vendor partnerships and cloud solutions Translate internal campaign requests into clear, compelling customer facing messaging Manage end to end EDM delivery including copy, layout, approvals, scheduling, and reporting Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Cloud Business Managers, Sales, and Vendors to align messaging and timing Ensure vendor brand guidelines and co branding requirements are followed Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders and external vendors Content Development Draft EDM copy including subject lines, headlines, CTAs, and supporting content Adapt messaging for different audiences (customers, partners, internal sales) Support creation of landing pages, campaign briefs, and sales enablement assets Campaign Performance & Optimisation Track and report on EDM performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) Optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs based on performance insights Maintain campaign documentation and best practice templates Key Deliverables Vendor partnership announcement EDMs Campaign briefs and messaging frameworks Performance reports and insights Co branded marketing assets Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, cloud, or technology Hands on experience with EDM/email marketing platforms (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) Strong copywriting and messaging skills Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Stakeholder management experience across sales, marketing, and vendors Desirable Experience working with cloud, SaaS, or vendor led marketing programs Understanding of channel or partner marketing models Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation Key Competencies Strong communication and attention to detail Commercial mindset with focus on pipeline impact Ability to simplify technical messaging for business audiences Highly organised and deadline driven Success Measures On time delivery of campaign requests Engagement and performance of EDM campaigns Sales and vendor satisfaction with campaign execution Contribution to pipeline and vendor program success Join our growing team now
