- Ensure client responsiveness and delivery KPIs are consistently achieved
- Spot client risks and opportunities, working closely with the MS Lawyer team to help clients get maximum value from their MS offering
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact successful delivery
- Review terms and conditions for promotions, ensuring 90–100% compliance with accuracy, legal requirements, and client-specific standards
- Check and review artwork advice, applying client rules and maintaining a 90–100% compliance level
- Escalate issues to the MS Lawyer team when needed, while keeping clients updated until resolution
- Prepare and pre-complete template documents (e.g., winner release forms, gift-with-purchase forms) using data from the Promotion Wizard app
- Manage client correspondence via email and phone, including sending quotes and responding to Promotion Wizard/Advertising Wizard enquiries (e.g., login issues, quote requests, promotion fixes, intercom queries)
- Handle enquiries independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance before legal review where required
- Coordinate with lottery government departments for permit updates and follow-ups
- Send terms and conditions to clients on behalf of lawyers
- Oversee administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and with correct invoicing
- 2+ years of paralegal and administrative experience
- Strong background in managing and engaging with customers in professional settings
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Operational mindset: willing to get hands-on and execute when needed
- Adaptable and flexible, with experience working in fast-paced, ever-changing startup environments
- Quick learner, able to grasp and apply new or changing concepts effectively
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and effective across all levels of business and customer interactions (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated initiative and independence in achieving results
- Skilled problem-solver, able to diagnose client objectives and propose solutions even without established processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common business software applications
- Professional and discreet in handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
