- Deliver the best customer service experience in all forms of communications, including but not limited to phone, emails, SMS and Live Chat
- Engage with MONEYMEs customers and partners in a positive and professional manner to resolve a wide range of queries across all our products.
- Building rapport with customers to drive sales and conversions.
- Review and assess customer accounts.
- Process documents and note accounts with actions taken.
- Excellent communication skills/ phone manner and ability to interact with external customers and internal partners
- Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly on the phone in finding solutions for customers.
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to work autonomously, own and complete projects as well as multi-tasking.
