Job Title: Specialist - OFR Job Location: Manila In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate on a segment of service we offer for Ocean freight, and drive improvements in the process. Key Responsibilities: Interact with country representatives and various stake holder in your regular execution of assigned tasks. Participate in problem solving and process improvement process together with team manager. Assist to meet performance targets. Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis. Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing processes. Assist staff to resolve complex problems and responsible for quality control. Ensure thorough documentation for the process. Participate in additional projects assigned by the team manager. Ensure process compliance. Drive Customer Satisfaction Processes. Required Skills/Abilities: Graduate (Bachelor's degree from a recognized University in any discipline) Minimum 3-4 years of experience. Logistics background / Ocean Freight operations experience will be added advantage. Good Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point). Good Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
