- Full-Funnel Ownership: You will manage the end-to-end e-commerce experience on Remedy website, ensuring that Shopify (for products/treatments) and Zenoti (for bookings) work in perfect harmony to drive revenue.
- Channel Development: Develop and launch new channels such as TikTok shop
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): You won't just look at traffic; you’ll obsess over why users aren’t converting. You will constantly A/B test landing pages, checkout flows, and site speed.
- Campaign Execution: You will work hand-in-hand with Marketing to launch promotions, new treatment categories, and product drops, ensuring the website is updated, functional, and optimized for peak performance.
- Post-Purchase Excellence: The journey doesn't end at "Checkout." You will build and manage automated email/SMS flows that nurture patients, handle follow-ups, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Performance Reporting: You will provide the leadership team with "High Agency" insights—don't just tell us the numbers; tell us what they mean and what we’re doing next to improve them.
- College Graduate: Marketing, Management, Business Management, or any similar course
- At least 3 years experience in E-Commerce in a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand, premium retail environment, or health/wellness tech company
- Can communicate effectively and spontaneously without much difficulty
- Can produce detailed and well-structured texts on a wide range of subjects
- Knowledgeable in Shopify, Tiktok shop, Klaviyo (or similar CRM/Email automation tool)
- Familiarity with Zenoti, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Notion is an advantage
