- Drive sales by active selling and sales steering.
- You ensure your work area is effective for the customers’, and cost-efficient for IKEA.
- Provide customers with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing solutions through planning that match with their expectations and projected budget.
- Optimise the IKEA shopping experience to secure satisfied customers and increase sales.
- Find new customers or new opportunities to generate sales.
- Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and with empathy.
- You handle payments in an efficient, accurate and friendly way. You always aim to create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
- Control vendors on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer satisfactory.
- Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design and retail.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused and service industry.
- Ability to take personal initiatives and priorities and organise your own work efficiency.
- Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays when required.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
