Finance Manager

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results vs. budget and forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

• Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads.
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Identify variances and recommend corrective actions.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Assist in evaluating new investments, pricing models, and cost-reduction strategies.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations (e.g., BIR, SEC, DOLE).
• Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare all necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting policies and legal regulations.

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Ensure the finance team meets deadlines and maintains accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and trainings.
