Pag-asa Steel seeks a Purchaser who will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with suppliers and enabling the company to source goods and services of the right quality, at the right time, from the right supplier, at the right price. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years relevant work experience At least 2 to 5 years of purchasing for a manufacturing or construction set-up, with experience in planning and inventory control a plus Knowledge of standard purchasing procedures and contract management, and importation and customs preferred Strong negotiation, numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory; experience with ERP software a plus Has a valid driver's license
