Following these steps carefully will help avoid any delays or disqualification.RequirementsExperience Needed:-Outbound Campaign Execution: Use Instantly to manage cold email sequences across multiple domains.-Research and personalize outreach (text, email, gifts, personalized notes) to prospects based on LinkedIn, X, and other social content.-Create and manage multiple LinkedIn accounts to support outreach at scale.-Coordinate across platforms (LinkedIn, email) to ensure high deliverability and quality touchpoints.-Client Communication: Monitor and manage unified inboxes from outbound campaigns.-Reply to interested leads promptly and professionally.-Log responses, deals, and follow-ups in HubSpot.-Assist in crafting high converting outbound copy (you should love good messaging).-Data, Tools & Admin Ops: Keep outreach lists, lead statuses, and deal pipelines clean and up to date.-Organize campaign performance data and surface insights for testing and optimization.-Support the marketing and ops team with administrative tasks as needed.Good to have:- Experience with tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, or Apollo for lead sourcing and enrichment.Non-negotiable Requirements:-Proven experience using Instantly, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.-Strong copywriting and personalization skills: you can write a message that gets replies.-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a system driven mindset.-Comfortable managing multiple inboxes and accounts simultaneously.Industry/Tools Experience:-Clay, PhantomBuster, Apollo, Hubspot, Notion, Instantly, LinkedInBenefitsWe’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
