- Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure a 5-star experience every time.
- Platform Proficiency: Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt your tone (from formal email to casual social media).
- Tech Savvy: Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
