- Performance Measurement & Analysis: Analyze influencer marketing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as views, engagements and mentions across different platforms and regions within SAPMENA.
- Social Media Content Analysis: Analyze social media content performance, identifying top-performing content formats, themes, and trends to inform content strategy and optimization.
- Insights Generation: Providing data-backed insights and recommendations to regional marketing teams.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders, including brand teams and senior leadership.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand best practices and benchmark L'Oréal's performance against competitors in the influencer marketing and social media space.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, influencer marketing agencies, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven support.
- Tool & Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on social marketing and media analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other SAPMENA languages is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the SAPMENA market and cultural nuances is a plus.
