Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a shared service of integrated suppliers of offshore operations, well-service technology, and engineering solutions in more than 20 countries. Our reputable client is looking for IT - Business Applications well-versed in service desk L1 to L2 support in a shared services environment. This job is based in Makati on a rotating mid-shift schedule with a 3x/week on-site schedule.Key Responsibilities:

Act as a single point of contact for the supporting business applications as well as the back-end applications that support these systems.
Responsible for making sure that all business applications are running seamlessly and enabling users to get on with their tasks.
Responsible for monitoring the application performance.
Diagnose the incident and issue raised by users based on the agreed SLA.
Perform analyses on software functionality and suggest improvements.
Perform analysis on root causes of application errors.
Provide permanent corrective actions.
Document issue resolution for knowledge transfer as appropriate.
Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of business applications.
Keep a record of configurations, integrations, and updates.
Conduct training and create training materials for users and clients.
Provide Documentation and train users for the application.
Participate in reviewing requirements for application enhancements and new projects.
Collaborate with various business stakeholders and team members.
Primary contact for vendor engagement.
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

Key Job Requirements:

Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Has at least three (3) years of working experience within service desk L1-L2 support in a shared services environment or similar is required for this position.
Knowledge of the current information technologies needed to support a specific application.
Keeps abreast of the latest IT trends applicable to the business.
Result in an action-oriented mindset and with ability to be creative in challenging situations.
Has strong customer service and focus, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
Has the ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and decisions within applicable scope, global perspective, procedures, and guidelines.
Structured, accurate, systematic, task-focused, and committed to delivering within deadlines.
Ability to work independently, but sees the importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration to apply learnings in future situations, able to adapt in changing situations.
Ability to relate and explain technical jargon to users and customers globally using different types of approaches to requests, technical cases, and scenarios.
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations.
Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10) and MS Applications; Visio, Project, etc.
Knowledge of handling and navigating through MS applications.

Salary range: PHP 30,000.00 - PHP 40,000.00 per month
