Position: BIM MODELER (ARCHITECTURAL – REVIT SPECIALIST)Salary range: up to ₱85,000+ Php (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)Working Hours: Following New Zealand business hoursWork set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor AgreementHolidays: New ZealandRecruitment process: Candidates will be asked to submit their portfolio or sample work, complete the client’s assessment, and may go through multiple interview stages with the client, if needed.Role OverviewWe are seeking a BIM Modeler (Architectural – Revit Specialist) to support the production of high-quality, coordinated architectural documentation for residential and commercial construction projects in New Zealand.This role is focused on developing detailed Revit models and producing accurate, council-ready drawing sets that comply with New Zealand building standards. The position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.You will play a key role in converting concept designs into fully detailed documentation packages suitable for building consent submission, ensuring buildability, compliance, and consistency across all deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Documentation Production

Convert concept designs into fully detailed working drawings using Revit
Produce complete drawing sets including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
Ensure outputs are accurate, well-coordinated, and ready for construction and consent submission

BIM / Revit Modeling

Develop and maintain detailed architectural Revit models for residential projects
Ensure consistency between models and drawing documentation
Manage revisions and updates across all project files efficiently

Compliance & Standards

Ensure all documentation complies with NZS 3604 and NZ Building Code requirements
Support preparation of council-ready documentation for building consent submission
Identify and address potential compliance or constructability issues early in the process

Project Delivery

Deliver complete drawing packages within tight turnaround timelines (approximately 1 week per plan)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

RequirementsMust-Have

Proven experience in architectural drafting or BIM production (NZ residential experience preferred)
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
Solid understanding of NZS 3604, NZ Building Code, and consent documentation processes
Ability to independently produce accurate, coordinated, and buildable drawings
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment

Nice to Have

Experience working with builders, developers, or design-and-build companies
Understanding of cost-efficient design and practical buildability considerations
Previous experience in offshore, remote, or contract-based BIM roles
Exposure to multi-disciplinary coordination environments (architectural + structural + MEP)
