Construction Operations Manager

• Develop and maintain construction coordination and monitoring processes across allactive sites
• Create and oversee project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting structures
• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficientcompletion.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
• Review site updates to identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate concerns early
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, procurement, and sales teams to align execution
• Monitor compliance with construction standards, documentation, and internal processes
• Consolidate site data into clear management-level summaries and performance reports
• Support continuous improvement of construction systems, controls, and workflows
• Act as a central point of coordination between field execution and management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in construction coordination, project management, or operations
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, timelines, and reporting
• Able to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in documentation, reporting tools, and basic project tracking systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Process-driven, proactive, and dependable under pressure
