Design Architect

• Develop and prepare shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Draft method statements to outline construction procedures and best practices.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) to clarify and approve design aspects.
• Coordinate with the MEPFS team to address architectural-related queries and ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor architectural materials and submit reports to the Clients Architect for approval.
• Prepare and consolidate architectural reports for submission to the Clients Architect.
• Track and report on architectural balance of works on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site coordination with supervisors to oversee architectural implementations.
• Liaise with Clients Architects, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
• Engage in meetings with suppliers, reviewing material specifications and procurement requirements.
• Attend architectural-related meetings across different project stations to discuss progress and challenges.
• Develop as-built drawings to reflect any modifications and actual site conditions.
• Create purchase requests and quantify required materials to support on-site construction.
