- Establish, develop and grow long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in the medical device or healthcare sector within the assigned geographic area to achieve sales and market share growth.
- Expand sales and brand loyalty within strategic accounts within the assigned geographic area.
- Work with Marketing to lead territory demand generation activities and raise awareness and
- Increase the demand of the Company’s product lines within the assigned geographic area.
- Work with relevant teams to develop and manage all sales-related business activity and key accounts within the specified territory.
- Provide excellent customer service and clinical support (e.g. literature updates, KOL reference) to doctors and nurses
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/Marketing/ Biological/ Medical Sciences/ Medical technology required
- Background in radiography, nursing, or clinical support is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales and/or accounts management experience preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare company
- Experience with Hospital Segment / Interventional Products
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence with key customers
- Adaptable communicator, able to work with all levels of staff/leadership (both internally and
- externally)
- Strong business acumen, able to translate data and information into meaningful business insights and clear recommendations
- Delivers a clear, compelling, and shared vision focused on delighting our customers
- Strong commercial background and aptitude with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
