We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at YONDU INC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a range of exciting technology projects. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that drive our clients' businesses forward.What you'll be doing:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Manage project scope, change requests, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
Implement and maintain project management processes and tools to enhance visibility and control
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior project team members
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery and identify areas for process enhancement

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
Preferably with experience in the Banking industry
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and the ability to tailor approaches to project needs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects within defined timelines and budgets
Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello
Ability to think strategically, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions
Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
