Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The Retail Key Accounts Manager sustains and nurtures solid relationships with key clients. They utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions, supported by analytical data analysis to achieve key clients’ long-term goals. This position will be the direct contact person for the company's existing key customers, and it should be able to acquire and expand new key account customers.The Key Accounts Manager will report to the Head of Retail & B2B and will handle all channels (i.e., consignment and outright). All retail sales associates or key accounts specialists will report to the key accounts manager.Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for successfully delivering sales targets in adherence to the goals, set budget, and profitability measures by the company.
  • Grow the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the products and services provided and continuously identifying new business opportunities for key clients
  • Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicates and collaborates with all other departments and support groups to meet key client needs.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepares customized solutions.
  • Negotiates contracts with key clients and meets established deadlines to fulfill each client’s long-term goals.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop innovative market strategies.
  • Formulate and implement diverse sales and marketing initiatives to enhance key clients' business performance, in alignment with the company's overarching goals and strategies.
  • Be well-informed about markets, products, industry, and technical developments that can impact the growth of key clients.
  • Develop effective customer strategies and successfully mediate between the management and existing customers.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Sheets, and Canva.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
