- Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel-related documents
- Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
- Accurately handle cash reports, transactions, and remittances.
- Maintain and update guest preferences in the system to enhance personalized service
- Ensure Executive Lounge remains clean, well organized, and presentable at all times
- Conduct and update daily and monthly inventory of food and non-food items in Executive Lounge to maintain efficient operations
- Conducts courtesy calls to all guests to ensure their comfort and address any special requests.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by head.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- With relevant work experience for atleast 1-2 years
- With atleast 1 year work experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or related field
- Proficient with MS Programs
- Technically savvy
- Excellent communication skills
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa
