- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
- Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Excel Specialist, Business Analytics Foundations) a plus
