You are not a 'finance assistant'; you are a specialist responsible for ensuring cost allocations are exact, billing cycles are frictionless, and documentation is audit-ready at all times. You eliminate financial discrepancies by maintaining disciplined communication with project managers and vendors, operating independently in a remote environment to protect the organization's cash flow and data integrity. You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within multi-entity environments. Experience supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience using accounting systems or ERPs, with a preference for Deltek VantagePoint. Strong Signals Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS Accounts Payable Management You own the precision and timeliness of outgoing transactions, ensuring every cost is correctly allocated. Process vendor invoices, corporate credit card expenses, and staff reimbursements. Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs for CFO and Financial Controller review. Liaise with key suppliers to resolve queries and maintain audit-ready documentation. Accounts Receivable & Billing You ensure revenue integrity by maintaining accurate billing cycles and reconciliation schedules. Support the billing cycle, including invoice preparation and project setup. Execute payment follow-ups and perform thorough account reconciliations. Maintain complete and accurate AR records within the ERP system. Finance Administration & Collaboration You act as a bridge between financial data and operational stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Partner with project managers and vendors to address and resolve billing queries. Coordinate financial information capture across various studios and business units. Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement and data integrity within finance operations.
