- Respond to customer inquiries regarding networking issues, configurations, and general troubleshooting.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network connectivity problems for our clients.
- Document all interactions with customers in our ticketing system and provide timely updates.
- Assist in setting up and configuring networking equipment as needed.
- Work closely with Tier 2 support teams to escalate unresolved issues and provide detailed case documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking protocols, configurations, and best practices.
- Provide training and support for clients regarding networking tools and resources.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss issues, share knowledge, and provide feedback to improve support operations.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally focused on networking.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with common networking tools (e.g., Wireshark, Cisco Packet Tracer) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
