Responsibilities Provides server administration and operations maintenance Manage firewall, antivirus endpoints, backup servers and other infrastructure Responsible for daily review of server and network batch jobs, problem logs and resolutions Implement operating system and product-specific security hardening and patches Perform performance tuning and capacity planning when needed Implement the underlying processes supporting IT service management, such as configuration management and incident and problem management. Review and recommend security patches monthly for the deployment of security updates on servers and network appliance. Preventive maintenance and server housekeeping activities to upkeep servers and network health Participate in staff training to raise the general IT literacy of users Develop automation scripts, runbooks, and enforce IT protocols across multi-parties. Create and verify backups of data Respond to and resolve help desk requests Oversee setup and lifecycle management of user accounts, workstations, and access control. Disaster recovery planning and testing and replication and failover technologies. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory, scripting, DNS/ DHCP, Firewalls, Office 365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planners, Hyper-V, Antivirus, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft 365 Admin Portal. Work experience on Cloud infrastructure in Azure, AWS will be advantageous Able to work in both independent and teamwork environment Team Player with great communication and documentation skills Participate in an oncall rotation schedule. Willing to work outside regular office hours when required. Strong understanding of system security concepts, including intrusion detection, endpoint protection, and backup/recovery.
