
Content Strategist (Open to work with US Timezone)

- Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
- Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
- Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging
- 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
- Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
- Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
- Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
- Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
- A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
