Online Fulfillment Assistant Supervisor

- Supervise the day-to-day monitoring of Online Fulfillment Operations.
- Ensure timely processing of online orders from pick and pack to dispatch.
- Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely system processes.
- Drive growth and efficiency by collaborating with manpower providers and delivery service providers.
- Coordinate with clients for fulfillment concerns and updates.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse Operations for fulfillment processing concerns.
- Handle and evaluate Online Fulfillment personnel.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for Online Fulfillment.
- Must be a Bachelors degree graduate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor.
- MUST HAVE experience in E-commerce operations (similar to Lazada/Shopee).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan and flexibility to adapt to changes.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK DAILY ONSITE (Mon-Fri and half day Saturday) in Pasig.
