
Client Services Manager

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients, managing their expectations and providing updates as needed
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met and identify areas for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions
- Act as a liaison between clients and our virtual assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management
- Proven track record of successful client management and retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of virtual staffing and outsourcing industry is a plus
- 5+ years experience in client success or account management
- Strong background in BPO or outsourcing
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, handle client escalations, and own results
