- Secondary and Desktop Research
- Find and interrogate secondary information that support the project needs.
- Primary Research
- Quantitative: Draft, edit and test questionnaires, monitor response rates, brief and/or undertake coding.
- Qualitative: Draft recruitment screeners and discussion guides, create stimulus and note take, oversee recruitment, provide support to project team with interviews and focus groups.
- Analysis
- Apply analytical techniques to (qual, quant and secondary) data to answer the research objectives.
- Test hypotheses and help to find the story within the data.
- Extract the most relevant information (figures and quotes) to include in the report.
- Reporting and delivering client outputs
- Create succinct and coherent drafts of reports and presentations.
- Undertake data quality checks and proofing to eliminate errors.
- Contribute to preparing client presentations.
- Project Management:
- Day to day communication with project teams and where required clients.
- Liaising with field and other suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Market Research industry.
- Relevant work experience in brand and communications research.
- Relevant work experience in brand-tracking projects.
- Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Q Research Software or similar analysis software is desirable.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
