You will get to focus on creating valuable relations with current and new customers and work with highly professional teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognized and well rewarded.You will work with amazing and diverse colleagues with a deep sense of commitment to live Our Values and together, go all the way for our customers, society and for each other.Key Responsibilities:Perform ICM (import customs manifest) back-office tasks and collaborate with internal teams.Coordinate with Front Office and OTCX (One Team Customer Service) teams to support operations.Manage transactional processes, import manifests, and reporting using tools such as Excel, SAP BI, and local country systems.Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth ocean import operations.Skills and Competencies:Strong background in documentation.Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.Ocean import knowledge and experience.Strong time management to complete tasks on time.A proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree of any course.3 years' work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.Experience to handle import customs is a nice to have.Willing to work in day shift schedule and hybrid working arrangement.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
