- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the food, beverage, and related industries for the company's flavour product offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for new product development and market expansion.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering tailored flavour solutions that meet their specific needs in terms of taste, quality, and regulations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a specific focus on flavours, ingredients, or food additives.
- Strong understanding of the flavours and ingredients industry, including trends, product applications, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
